1.HOURS

Check in is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Check out is until 11:00am. Early or late check in as well as early or late check out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Requests should to be sent to info@ecosoulericeira.com and will only be effective on authorization by the Management.

2.IDENTIFICATION FROM THE GUESTS

At the time of check in a valid photo ID is required along with the credit card that was used to make the prepayment of the reservation. In the event of failure to present any of the documents previously mentioned, the Management is justified to reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.

3.FORMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking may be cancelled/changed up to 14 days before the date of arrival, without additional cost. Any cancellation or change after this period implies the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the reservation will be charged in its totality. 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining amount will be charged during the 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Bookings made less than 14 days prior to date of arrival will be charged in its entirety, at the time of confirmation. If payment is not carried out according to the accepted booking conditions, the same may be cancelled. Reservations can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. ATM (multibanco), Mastercard and VISA cards are accepted.

4.AGE POLICY AND EXTRA BEDS

Accommodation for adults. Children from the age of 12 can stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Maximum of two people per room. Additional guests are not permitted above the stipulated number per room.

5.BREAKFAST

By appointed time, served in three shifts. From 8:30am to 9:15am, from 9:15am to 10:00am and from 10:00am to 10:45am. Our breakfast is made in the moment. As such, it is necessary that the guest indicates their time preference according to availability at the time of check in. Breakfast between 8:00am and 8:30am can be ordered to take away, when requested 24 hours in advance.

6.BED LINEN, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS

High quality, 100% cotton, bed linen and bath towels are at the guests disposal. Due to our ecological awareness, bath towels are changed every three days. If you want it replaced before this time, place it on the ground. Bath towels cannot be used outside the Guesthouse. Beach towels are available by paying a deposit and an extra fee.

7.CLEANING SERVICE

The daily cleaning service is from 8:30am to 11:00am.

8.GUESTS DUTIES

Comply with the rules of the establishment. Respect the timetables of the services provided by the Guesthouse: check in, check out, breakfast and cleaning. Respect the hours of silence of the Guesthouse between 10pm and 8am. Look after and respect the property of the Guesthouse which are made available to the guests. Respect the staff and their work schedule. Communicate with the management team whenever you find any irregularity in the service.

9.GENERAL RULES

The kitchen and the barbecue area are for the exclusive use of the staff, except for events with prior arrangement. Sound equipment is restricted to guests rooms. They should never be used in communal areas. The volume of any sound equipment must not disturb the other guests. Towels, blankets and pillows are for personal use, within your room. It is forbidden to take them out of the room for other use. The rooms, common areas and facilities of the Guesthouse, are for the exclusive use of the guests. Entry of visitors not staying in the Guesthouse is prohibited. Any person that enters the Guesthouse must be identified within the check in time. After these hours access is not permitted to anyone unregistered. The use of the common areas for washing and drying clothes is prohibited along with extending clothes or towels on the windows and balconies. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Guesthouse. For this purpose, use the smoking area on the communal terrace at the end of the garden. Cooking in the rooms is strictly forbidden. Any smoking in the Guesthouse or cooking in the rooms, will be penalized with a surcharge corresponding to the daily rate, which will be used for the cleaning and removal of odours. The use of devices that work with heat resistance are strictly prohibited, as this could cause irreparable damage to the room. Any damage caused by the guests to objects, furnishings or property belonging to the Guesthouse, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The repair of the goods must be paid in cash at the time and at the current market price. Pets are not permitted.

10.INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the sole responsibility of the guest: the care and safekeeping of personal objects or documents such as passports, credit cards, jewellery, electronics, handbags or wallets. To make sure doors and windows are closed when leaving the room, as well as the doors into the building when leaving or entering. The security of your vehicle parked on a public street. The management has no responsibility for loss of money, documents or other valuables. The Management is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the public street, or for damage caused by natural phenomena, such as floods or fires or acts of vandalism committed by third parties.

11.IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Possession or use of any kind of illegal substance. Possession or use of weapons, the use of violence, physically or verbally. Discrimination of gender, race, colour or social situation. The admittance of anyone not registered with reception. Assigning the room to other persons without prior consent of the management. Smoking or cooking in areas not designed for this purpose. The admittance of pets.

12.TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

The Management reserves the right to cancel unilaterally the reservation and evict from the room anyone who appears to be under the effects of alcohol or illegal drugs or practicing potentially illegal activities, as well as violent or disrespectful behaviour, physically or verbally of any class. The Management reserves the right to refuse access to the Guesthouse to whoever acts improperly or contrary to the terms conditions set forth herein.
