Adults Only Accommodation

Age Policy and Extra beds: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Maximum of two people per room. There is no capacity for extra bed.

Check-in: from 3p.m. to 7p.m.

Check-out: from 9a.m. to 11a.m.

Inform your arrival time in advance: The accommodation does not have a reception service. Guests should inform in advance of their arrival time.

Early or late check-in and late check-out are considered special requests and have an extra cost.

• Early check-in between 12p.m. and 3p.m. – 50€
• Late check-in between 7p.m. and 9p.m. – 30€
• Late check-out between 11a.m. and 1p.m. – 50€

*** This service is subject to availability. Must be requested by writing an email to info@ecosoulericeira.com at least 24 hours in advance. It will only be effective upon written confirmation from management.

Luggage: This establishment does not offer a luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out.

Quiet hours: Guests must minimise noise between 10p.m. and 8a.m.

It is not permitted to facilitate access to people who are not staying at the guesthouse.

Parties/events are not allowed

Smoking is not allowed outside the designated area.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast: By appointed time, served in three shifts. From 8:30a.m. to 9:15a.m., from 9:15a.m. to 10:00a.m. and from 10:00a.m. to 10:45a.m. Breakfast between 8:00a.m. and 8:30a.m. can be ordered to take away, when requested 24 hours in advance.

Identification from the guests: At the time of check in a valid photo ID is required along with the credit card that was used to make the prepayment of the reservation. In the event of failure to present any of the documents previously mentioned, the Management is justified to reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: The booking may be cancelled/changed up to 14 days before the date of arrival, without additional cost. Any cancellation or change after this period implies the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the reservation will be charged in its totality. 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining amount will be charged during the 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
